Our clinic teams make sure patients don’t wait more than a few minutes in the lounge, though we may have to pry you out of it once you’re comfortable with a drink and something on the 85-inch screen.

Do I need an appointment?
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but we encourage you to book so your provider, your draw and your chair are ready. Booking takes under two minutes.
What are your hours?
Every True Test clinic is open Monday to Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday. Most clinics run 9am to 5pm; Prosper, TX runs 9–6 Monday and Thursday, 9–5 Tuesday and Friday, and 9–3 Wednesday. Each clinic page lists its exact hours.
Is everything done in the clinic?
Yes. Your blood draw, InBody scan, provider consult, medication and follow-ups all happen in the same building with the same team. Panels are processed by a certified lab and results are typically back in 5–7 days.
Can I transfer between clinics?
Yes. Your records, labs and protocol live in the True Test app, so any clinic can pick up where the last one left off. Prescriptions can also be shipped.

Do all seven clinics offer the same services?
Yes. TRT for men, hormone optimization for women, medical weight loss, IV therapy with the 24-drip menu and deep-dive labs are available at all seven clinics, on the same optimal ranges.
