    Medication is dispensed in clinic or shipped to you. We retest every 8–12 weeks and titrate to keep you in your optimal range, not just “in range.”

What does it cost to find out if TRT is right for me?
Nothing beyond the $49 Full Story if you want the full panel, and consultations with our provider team are free. At that appointment we review your symptoms and goals, answer your questions and explain whether testosterone therapy is a fit. Book the Full Story.
What is considered low testosterone?
Most labs flag anything under 250 ng/dL. At True Test we look at your total and free testosterone together with your symptoms, because two men with the same number can feel completely different. Low, to us, is a level at which you no longer feel like yourself.
How long until I feel results?
Most men notice initial changes such as energy, sleep and mood within 4–8 weeks; full results typically take 8–12 weeks. We retest every 8–12 weeks to keep your protocol safe and effective.
Is TRT safe?
When it is prescribed and monitored by a licensed medical professional, yes. We watch your hemoglobin, hematocrit, estradiol and other markers closely, and adjust your protocol as your numbers move.
How often will I need to come in?
Once you are an established patient you will see a provider every 8–12 weeks. Bloodwork runs on the same schedule. Prescriptions can be shipped if you prefer.
Will my price change if my dose changes?
No. Membership pricing stays the same so your monthly cost does not move when your protocol does.
Do you offer discounts?
