Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do as an RN
You’ll be more than a nurse—you’ll be a partner in your patients’ transformation.

• Guide patients through their first injections with compassion and confidence
• Educate patients so they feel informed, supported, and excited about their health journey
• Assist with IV therapy and therapeutic phlebotomies
• Manage inventory, ordering, and ensure medication availability
• Support timely medication fills to ensure 100% continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for controlled substances
• Collaborate with providers and the front desk for seamless patient experiences
• Contribute to a clinic culture where positivity, teamwork, and patient success are the standard

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in Illinois
• 2+ years of nursing experience (specialty or clinical setting preferred)
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient care
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Excitement to learn hormone therapy, metabolic health, and wellness treatments
• CPR certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$40/hour depending on experience
