What does the $49 cover?
It covers your consultation, the 50+ marker blood panel drawn in-house, and your Optimization Blueprint from a hormone specialist.
Do I have to commit to treatment?
No. You'll get your results reviewed by a specialist and a clear explanation of where you stand. What you do next is entirely up to you.
If I'm a candidate, what does treatment cost?
Treatment is a month-to-month membership that includes your provider visits, your medication, and unlimited InBody body-composition scans; ongoing lab work is billed separately. Every cost is reviewed with you before you commit — no surprises.
How does the $100 credit work?
Book your Full Story in September and a $100 True Test credit is added to your account. Use it toward any add-on service at our Cape Girardeau clinic — IV vitamin therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, or InBody scans.
Is this for perimenopause and menopause, or only younger women?
Both. Hormone changes start years before periods stop, and the symptoms are often written off as stress or age. The Full Story measures where you actually are — estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, and more — so the plan fits you, not a label.
How soon can I get in?
Usually same day or next day. We hold a limited number of Full Story slots each week — pick a time that works and you'll get an instant text and email confirmation.
When do results come back, and do I have to come back in?
Results are usually back in 5–7 business days. Your Blueprint visit is in person at our Cape Girardeau clinic, same as your first visit.
Who will I actually see?

How is this different from my regular doctor's blood work?
